Our multicultural offerings are designed to explain the latest in evidence-based literature using highly visual elements so that everyone can understand complex medical topics. We use familiar mediums to ensure this -from comic books and Pixar®-style animation, to virtual reality experiences and authentic documentary-style patient stories – all tailored based on age and audience.

Essential Functions

  • Assists with management of pricing and contracting requests for clinical trials and commercial deals
  • Works with sales to review RFP to ensure we have adequate information for pricing and proposal preparation
  • Obtains client intelligence and strategy from sales to inform proposal needs
  • Builds initial budgets, specifications and assumptions
  • Assists with vendor quote requests
  • Works within SOP framework on QC and to obtain necessary approvals
  • Prepares client-facing documents
  • Helps manage technical tools and platforms, including the CRM, often in collaboration with other teams and regularly updates opportunity information
  • Assists with completing standard RFI questionnaires
  • Provides support to sales during handover process
  • Supports development of tools to improve the sales process

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the required functions
  • CRO experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent task management skills
  • General knowledge of MacOS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables with firm deadlines and multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate information and follow-up with various sources in order to meet client requirements for proposal and budget development
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrable analytical skills
