What you will be doing (job duties):

  • Responsible for developing SOPs for the proposal process, creation of proposal templates, identification of operational/process efficiencies, and development of concise and compelling proposals consistent with Jumo Health’s value proposition
  • Must effectively interpret and analyze appropriate information and supporting data to effectively write/create strategic proposals that support our strategic solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Keynote or Google slides
  • Identifies the need for new sales collateral and creates materials and/or directs the appropriate team members in the creation of those materials
  • Partners closely with Sales, Product, Sales Enablement and Contracting to ensure the proposal aligns to strategy and budget
  • Supports and gathers information for Request For Information (RFI) responses
  • Owns and manages the experience and capabilities library
  • Leads and manages project prioritization and completes the deliverables within the appropriate timelines and delivers work that meets/exceeds our quality standards
  • Full alignment with deals through client decisioning. Supports sales in bid defense preparation and any other deliverables related to the opportunity
  • Identifies the need for change in our processes within the department, and collaborates with the team to develop and implement appropriate changes/change management.

What we look for in you (job requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of (similar) work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the required functions

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Strong project management skills (prioritization/change management)
  • Proficient with slide development (Keynote, Google Slides, Power Point)
  • General knowledge of MacOS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables with firm deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate information and follow-up with various sources in order to meet client requirements for proposal development
  • Ability to lead and present materials for internal meetings
  • Detail orientation as applicable to job requirements
  • Demonstrable strategic and analytical skills

 

Jumo Health is currently remote first. The ability to work remotely is required for success in this role. Please note, there will be some in person meetings per the request of management, however this won't be more than 10% of the role.
