We are a medical communications company serving the needs of the pharmaceutical industry as they develop and market their products. The successful candidate will be a flexible self-starter, knowledgeable in all facets of digital tactic production, with great attention to detail. Experience managing website builds  will be a major factor as we search for the right person for this role. Prior experience working with web developers is a must; any experience working with UX, project management, and designers is a bonus. 

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and manage all website projects
    • Attend Sales Handover Meetings for new projects
    • Work with the customer success team to spec new website projects; assist with slide development for client kickoff meetings with the goal to align with client on website specs and functionality
    • Attend and participate in client kickoff meetings on an as-needed basis
    • Resource manage all website projects, assigning a developer and working cross-functionally with Creative Resource Manager to assign a designer
  • Maintain up-to-date status on all website projects via, ensuring customer success team members are updated on the status and delivery of these projects
  • Work with the creative team on the planning and execution of concepts and designs for new website projects
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure the workflow, documentation, and any client-specific standards are upheld
  • Create timely status reports when applicable
  • Identify issues within the execution of website projects and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all deliverables are consistent with the client’s need and align to stakeholder vision
  • Provide timing/timeline estimates, when needed
  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements
  • Works closely with all roles across agency disciplines

Candidate Experience and Requirements

  • Qualifications in IT, project management, or relevant field
  • Experience in the healthcare sector required
  • Strong knowledge of website development is desired
  • Knowledge of WordPress and WPEngine is desired
  • Experience in collaborating with creative, user experience, strategy and project management teams a plus
  • Experience working with is a plus
  • Process-oriented with significant attention to detail
  • Familiar with traditional waterfall development lifecycle and Agile development
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to clearly communicate project status to clients and Jumo Health internal teams
  • Comfortable delivering with excellence against fast-paced timelines and client requests
  • Ability to self-manage schedules and timelines for owned projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media production, project management, communications, or related field is preferred

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Examples of completed projects preferred
